Naomi's most recent cookbook, "Ramen Obsession: The Ultimate Bible for Mastering Japanese Ramen," became an instant bestseller when it was released in October 2019. Also earning that credit are "The Essential Wok Cookbook: A Simple Chinese Cookbook for Stir-Fry, Dim Sum, and Other Restaurant Favorites" and "Seoul Food Korean Cookbook: Korean Cooking From Kimchi and Bibimbap to Fried Chicken and Bingsoo," both published by Rockridge Press. In 2014, Naomi's first book, "Cooking With Gochujang: Asia's Original Hot Sauce," was published to positive reviews.
