A dumpling—not only are there endless ways to fill one, iterations of dumplings exist all over the world (ravioli, pierogi, matzo balls) and the only thing I love more than food is traveling.
What food trend would you like to forget?
Unicorn everything, because rainbow isn't a flavor!
What's the first legit recipe you cooked?
I have a huge sweet tooth, so my first attempts at cooking from scratch were all baking-related, starting with cheesecake.
Who eats what you make?
Mostly my husband, and now my son Henry.
Family fun fact?
Most of my family has been in the restaurant business. My dad and many of my uncles are cooks, and a few aunts have worked front of house.
