Best piece of cooking advice
The best piece of cooking advice was one I read from Martha Stewart. So the pie isn’t perfect? Cut it into wedges. Stay in control, and never panic.
Favorite Purchase
My Escali kitchen scale! I bought it seven years ago and, though I use it weekly, it still looks brand new. Using a scale allows me to accurately measure ingredients without dirtying measuring cups. Win!
Education
Rachel graduated with honors from high school and then completed two years of post secondary education. She continues learning her craft through multiple in-person and online classes and is an avid reader.
